As you all know there are different types of Pokémon, each with specific characteristics, weaknesses and strengths. Let's see where to find the various Pokémon types.Below you will find all Pokémon types and a ’ indication on where to find them.

Normal-type Pokémon

This is Pokémon that do not require special conditions to be identified and that can be caught almost in every situation. It is also, in many cases the most common pokémon.

Included in this category: Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Pidgeot, Rattata, Raticate, Spearow, Fearow, Jigglypuff, Wigglytuff, Meowth, Persian, Farfetch ’ d, Doduo, Dodrio, Lickitung, Chansey, Kangaskhan, Tauros, Ditto, Eevee, Porygon and Snorlax.

Fire-type Pokémon

This type of Pokémon can appear rather specific conditions:

  • Residential areas
  • Hot places (sandy beaches)
  • Dry climate

Included in this category: Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Vulpix, Ninetales, Growlithe, Arcanine, Ponyta, Rapidash, Magmar, Flareon, and Moltres (This ’ is still a mystery).

Water-type Pokémon

Can be identified primarily near ’ water as rivers basins d, of the lakes or even close to ports.

Rock-type Pokémon

Don't be surprised if you come across an Onyx in the middle of a parking lot because on balance it is absolutely a mistake but something carefully thought out from Niantic. The rock-type pokémon are located close to everything that can be traced back to the hard stone.

Ground-type Pokémon

Electric type Pokémon

Surely you will immediately think of Pikachu, but this category also includes some of the most unusual and interesting creatures of the pokémon world. Where to find them? Especially in industrial areas.

Included in this category: Pikachu, Raichu, Magnemite, Magneton, Voltorb, Electrode, Electabuzz, Jolteon and Zapdos (If there is).

Dragon-type Pokémon

This is a rather specific and particular class and usually associated with only very rare Pokémon. Finding them is not easy and to succeed in business ’ you need to get closer to places of historical importance very important, at the world famous monuments and extremely relevant.

Psychic-type Pokémon

The psichicho type is a tough category to locate as we normally has a clear zone where could appear seems, however,, There are some favourite from these unique creatures

  • Green areas (occasionally)

Included in this category: Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, Drowzee, Hypno, Mr. MIME, Mewtwo and Mew (the presence of these legendary is not yet certain).

Flying-type Pokémon

This is a pretty common after all category which includes what, along with Rattata, can be considered as the most common among those pokémon that you can capture. We are obviously talking about Pidgey.

Steel-type Pokémon

Last category extremely limited can basically be likened to that of the electric pokémon. In this case you have to be especially in urban areas, near large structures and buildings.
